Shipping, refunds and returns policy

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation within 72hrs containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping fee is R85 for all orders to all major centres which is dependant on size and or volume per order. Outlying and rural areas will be charged extra and delivery time can be affected to these areas.

How long should my order take to be delivered?

We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner and quicker than the times indicated. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 – 5 business days of purchase depending on the size of the order and does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays.

Large orders can take a bit longer.

Your parcel will be sent by courier, please allow up to 2 – 5 business days for delivery depending on your location.

In the case of large branding orders delivery times might be exceeded in which case you will be notified and kept in the loop.

All orders will be processed once payment has been received in full and can also be affected by stock availability.

All artwork must be in order and all changes if any, verified by you before any production starts.

Although we take great care in our work – we can take no responsibility for approved orders which contain mistakes or alterations that did not meet final requirements.

We currently do not offer shipping outside South Africa

We take utmost care in providing the best service possible to all of our clients – As such we offer no refunds on all signed-off job cards or printing except for manufacturing defects in some products in which case please contact us for further assistance.
